Sealing the concrete stops the fine dust that gets tracked into your home.

Simple Cleanup

Oil drips, mud and spills wipe right up. A quick sweep and mop keeps it looking new.

The reflective finish brightens the room, making it easier to work, train or relax in.

Residential Epoxy FAQs

Can epoxy be installed inside my home, not just the garage?
Yes. Epoxy works on most interior concrete floors, including living areas, basements, laundry rooms and home gyms. We check the concrete for moisture first, because moisture coming up through the slab can affect any coating. Metallic epoxy is a popular choice for interior spaces.
Do I need to empty my garage before installation?
Yes. The floor needs to be completely clear so we can grind, repair and coat the whole surface evenly. Items can usually go back in once the floor is ready for foot traffic, and vehicles can return after the full cure.
Can we stay home during the installation?
In most cases, yes, especially for garage projects. Some coatings have an odour while they're being applied, so we ventilate the area. For interior rooms, we'll discuss the best plan for your household before we start.
Will epoxy hide cracks and stains in my concrete?
We repair and fill cracks before coating, and grinding removes most surface stains. A flake epoxy finish is especially good at hiding small imperfections. Very large or moving cracks may still show over time, and we'll point these out during your estimate.
How do I clean and maintain my epoxy floor?
Sweep or dust-mop regularly and wash with a mild cleaner and water. Avoid harsh acids and abrasive pads. Wipe up oil and chemicals promptly, and place a small pad under motorcycle or bike kickstands.
Is epoxy good for a home gym?
Yes. Epoxy creates a tough, easy-to-clean base for machines and equipment. For areas where heavy weights are dropped, we recommend rubber mats on top of the epoxy for extra impact protection.
Can I choose the colour and style?
Absolutely. You can choose from solid colours, a range of flake blends and custom metallic effects. We bring samples to your free estimate so you can see the options in your own space.
